These recipes look easy and delicious whilst using up excess herbs from my garden. Thanks fopr the great tips, especially about freezing the pesto cubes! I'm never short of a great basil sauce nowadays!

I've made loads of pesto this summer. Some I froze in ice cube trays and then pop out and store in freeze baggies.... I made a pesto quiche that was absolutely delicious! I love growing basil!

Sonia, I also make pesto. I grow Basil and use every leaf in my batches of pesto. I just love it. Your recipe is similar to the one I use. Beautiful photos!
