whey protein isolate

I take orange fruit juice in morning breakfast.They give me more energy with stamina.

Hi, Mary...I might have to try the almond milk. Sounds good. We had a hard time finding Peeps this year...for some reason they were a bit late getting here... ;-)

Hi Sonia! I do the same thing with fruit for our morning smoothies. Lately I've been adding almond milk instead of juice and I add whey protein powder to my hubby's and medical grade soy protein powder to mine. My husband lovingly refers to mine as my "crazy shake"~ it helps keep my hormones in check and feel a little less crazy :) Love your smoothie garnished with a Peep!!
